Overview

Samsung Renewable Energy Inc. is planning to build and operate a 25 megawatt (MW) solar power generation facility located approximately one km northwest of Drumheller, Alberta. The project has the potential to generate approximately 44,000 megawatt hours (MWh) annually, which is enough to power approximately 6,000 households on average.
